At AURALYX, your satisfaction is our priority. We stand behind every product we sell — and if something isn't right, we're here to make it right.

⏰ Return Window

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return request. No questions asked.

âś… Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return, please ensure:

  • The product is unused and undamaged
  • It is in its original packaging with all accessories included
  • The invoice/receipt is available
  • All tags and seals are intact

❌ Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Products that have been used or damaged by the customer
  • Items purchased on sale or with a discount
  • Earbuds & in-ear products (due to hygiene reasons)
  • Products with broken seals or missing accessories

đź’¸ Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Refund will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • Amount will be credited to your original payment method
  • You will receive an email confirmation once processed

📦 How to Initiate a Return?

  2. Mention your Order ID and reason for return
  3. Our team will guide you through the next steps

đźšš Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to a defective or wrong product — shipping is FREE (we'll arrange pickup)
  • If returning for any other reason — return shipping cost will be borne by the customer
